Ngunandiko dengan judul " Mutiara (Hugo Chavez) "  ini, berisikan beberapa "quotation" seorang tokoh terkemuka, Hugo Chavez dari Latin Amerika.  Hugo Chavez (1954 – 2013) itu adalah seorang politikus,  ketua Partai Sosialis Bersatu Venezuela (PSUV), dan juga pernah menjadi presiden Venezuela sampai meninggal-nya pada tahun 2013.
